At Ignition PA, we are proud to be offering READY SET DANCE and READY SET BALLET classes to our tiniest of dancers! We are an official location for this program which is run in over 180 dance studios across Australia and New Zealand. In 2019, Ignition Performance Academy won the Rising Star award at the Ready Set Dance National Awards.

READY SET DANCE
This is a one hour combo class that includes jazz, tap, hip
hop, singing, music and a whole lot of FUN for girls
and boys. This gives the preschoolers a taste of lots of
different of styles of dance in ONE lesson!

READY SET DANCE has been developed using the knowledge of successful dance teachers who have been running pre-school dance classes for over thirty years. Targeted at ages two to five years old, the syllabus is divided into two levels.

READY SET BALLET
READY SET BALLET is a 30 minute magical introduction to
ballet for preschoolers.
This 30 minute ballet class takes pre-schoolers on a magical and
imaginative adventure where they chase rainbows, swim with
mermaids, dance at the Royal Ball and ride the tutu train. Our
mascot Twirl leads us on a ballet adventure that is filled with
magic from the first warm up to
the final bow.

These classes aim to develop the three 'C's - coordination, creativity and confidence. The exercises are all designed to help preschoolers achieve developmental milestones. You will love watching your tiny dancer take their first steps in the dance studio right through to their first Ready Set Dance performance on stage.
In Ready Set Dance, we allow our tiniest dancers to explore their creative side in a nurturing environment, with our dedicated team of teachers.

Ready Set Dance was announced 'Best National Activity for Preschoolers' in 2018 and achieved a Bronze award in the AusMumpreneur awards for Business Excellence.
READY SET MOVE
READY SET MOVE is a creative movement and music class for
toddlers and their grown up. The class consists of 3 sections –
ENGAGE, EXPLORE AND EXPRESS. The ENGAGE section is a
playful exploration of music, nursery rhymes, lap play and
parachute fun. The EXPLORE section is set up as a circuit
around the room with obstacles like stepping stones, tunnels
and sensory activities designed to encourage investigation and
build coordination skills. The EXPRESS section of the class
involves free dance movement which develops creativity with
instruments, feathers and bubbles.
Join our community and learn new ways to interact with your
toddler. Young children at this age are in the period of highest
brain growth and development in their lifespan. Participating in
READY SET MOVE with the support of a grown up can make a significant contribution to play, development and learning. So come and bounce like a bunny, be slow like a sloth and create memories with your special little mover.

READY SET ACRO
Acrobatics is similar to the floor work seen in gymnastics. This class involves stretching, strengthening and skills such as handstands, cartwheels and tumbling. Toddlers will love working on gross motor skills and school readiness alongside safe tumbling skills in a fun, nurturing and educational environment. Ready Set Acro helps kids step out of their comfort zone and go on an adventure like no other.
